Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

A sun dappled half acre block with gardens of European and Australian plants, mountain ash and tree ferns, and lovely mountain views. Amazing native birds and animals with very sociable parrots. Close to the Redwood Forest and Bodhivana Buddhist Temple. Rail Trail, Mountainbike Trail and O'Shannassy Aqueduct Trail nearby for walking and cycling. A genuine family owned and run holiday house.

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Yet you can enjoy the convenience of being only minutes away from town. The house is perfect for a couple, but even more perfect for those with young children who will love the huge playground complete with swings, bikes, toys, cubby house, sandpit and trampoline!

If you love simple stylish living you’ll love this gorgeous space. A beautiful view, a gorgeous little shack to make your weekend a treat.
