Je hebt een volledige ingerichte studio ter beschikking met airco, aparte ingang en een eigen gang met mogelijkheid om je fietsen te plaatsen. Je kan genieten van een bad, het stad induiken, kuieren langs de Leie en een concertje meepikken. s' Avonds kan je koken en genieten van het terrasje.
