Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Whether you are cooking inside or on the deck (grill) you are steps away from Buttermilk Bay. The community also has a small playground, basketball hoop, playing field and designated walking trails. We are close to local amenities, great restaurants, family activities, the Cape Cod Canal, and Public Golf Courses.

Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
