It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. The large bedroom and another double is on the second floor - the stairs to this floor are a little twisty and there is a low beam at the top. Nearby is Arne Nature Reserve, Monkey World, Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door
