The house is fully equipped for a cozy weekend stay or a long retreat. The onsite amenities include direct river access, gym, small farm, playground, lounge area, and nearly 80 acres to explore. This is a beautiful, insulated, 14 foot, Alaskan Hand-crafted, Nomad Shelter Yurt, approximately 1/4 mile hike into our 30 acre wooded property. It is off-grid (i.e, no electricity) but is well heated. The yurt is fully furnished as a bedroom with a double bed, windows, and 5 gallon water dispenser. There is a private out-house a few yards away plus a housed hot shower/compost toilet at the front of the property for summer guests. It is winter accessible by foot/snowshoe/snowmobile.

This carefully renovated barn is located in the hills of Fairlee, five minutes from I-91. A stand-alone private space with two spacious living areas and decks overlooking ponds and the mountains. You're welcome to bring your dog; please note there is a $75 pet fee for the length of your stay. With direct access to extensive hiking trails and minutes from Lake Morey and the Lake Morey Country Club there's lots of fun things to do.
