Light-filled (4 skylights!) upstairs apartment in 169-year-old home. Cozy and playful decor with a lot of nostalgia. The house has beautiful wide pine plank floors. If you like straight lines, this house is not for you - it's a little wonky, but we find its charm far outmeasures the crooked doorways and other quirks. Located in Fox Point, a 15 min walk to brown, steps from Wickenden and Ives streets, the Newport Ferry, coffee shops, and restaurants, but on a side street out of the way of it all.

This is an artists house and the apt reflects an artists touch. Bicycle path to Providence and Bristol . The hosts own Warren CiderWorks , blocks from the house, with tastings Thursdays-Sundays and Taco Box food truck right next door Because of the pandemic we have created three separate areas outdoors for picnic and barbecue. My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.
