Unwind in the traditional Finnish Sauna, relax by the living pool, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. Welcome to Tiny on the Hill! Nestled privately at the top of a steep* driveway, Tiny on the Hill features a wrap around deck, private sauna, small frog pond and walking/xc skiing trails through the woods out back. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy Vermont year round! Located 15 mins from Burlington and 5mins from I-89 the location makes it convenient to enjoy Burlington while keeping the skiing/hiking/mountain biking destinations within an hours drive. It’s the perfect in-between spot.

The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

Tennis lessons and clinics available on site. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Two Fire pits located just outside outdoor. Plenty of convenient parking.

Commercial Washer/dryer. Big new chef's kitchen w/Bosch dishwasher (quiet) and Kitchen Aid 5 burner range, steam/convection oven and Sharp drawer microwave in 2024. Desk and office chair. Outdoor fire pit w adjustable grill . King Bed added July 25. Comfy bedding. Secluded, quiet yet accessible.

We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
