A former artist studio converted to a comfortable retreat space in the North Hill neighborhood of Pensacola. Within a mile of Downtown Pensacola... the location is tough to beat! This cozy space is perfect for two, and is high up overlooking the treetops and rooftops of historic Pensacola. The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
