Little White Beach House

Our home near Granny's Grave has wonderful sea views and is an easy walk to the beach. Close to the Promenade walking paths to the Surf Life Saving Club, Lake Pertobe or the Hopkins River. It features a large backyard with an in ground trampoline. A quick drive to the centre of Warrnambool makes it the perfect place to access everything on offer. Our mid-century style home features a balcony facing south to the coast and a smaller north facing patio which catches the sun. Perfect for families.

Spacious beachfront house uniquely positioned overlooking Pt Fairy’s picturesque East beach and Moyne River. Soak in the spectacular ocean and river views from every angle of our freshly renovated house. Sleeps up to 18 people with 3 living areas, 2 kitchens & 4 bathrooms. Great for families & groups who love to be close to everything! Step straight outside onto the beach or a 5min river walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants. Do lots or do little when you stay with us in beautiful Pt Fairy!

Breakwater Villa minutes walk to Beach and more

Enjoy a relaxing stay in Warrnambool’s prime location in this lovely 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 lounge rooms, 1.5 bathroom Breakwater villa ( keeping in mind there are stairs). A short walk to the beach, the Deep Blue Day Spas ( natural hot springs) and skatepark. Minutes away from the Lake Pertobe playground/ and bbq’s. Mini golf just a step away. There are some great restaurants not too far away. 20 minute walk to Flagstaff maritime village and another 5 minutes and you are in the city centre.

Our home is located on the peaceful edge of Port Fairy overlooking one of Port Fairy’s beautiful south beaches.(please refer to updated map under our photos for exact location). Located in a quiet environment at the end of our 800 metres track from the Prince’s highway and a few steps from the water’s edge. Our home has the privilege of private beach access and magnificent ocean views. Both spacious rooms provide a rural outlook that is located off the edge of our family home courtyard.

Abalone Seaside family apartment

Abalone Seaside Apartment is in close proximity to many of Warrnambool’s top locations including, Lake Pertobe, Flagstaff Hill featuring a brilliant sound and light show, Warrnambool’s main beach, geothermal pool and skate park, and walking distance to some fabulous restraunts, including, the Lady Bay, Simons and the Pavilion. In the house you will find access to, skateboards, boogy boards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Twelve Apostles Beach House-cottage

The Twelve Apostles Beach House is in a central location giving you access to restaurants and dining, the beach, shopping, amazing coastal views and is a short 8 minute drive to the breathtaking 12 Apostles. For couples and solo adventurers it's the perfect place to call home while you take a once in a lifetime adventure along the Great Ocean Road. It's a place where you truly hear the sea!

The Cove Beach House is nestled upon East Beach Port Fairy with stunning ocean views. Step out the back door and meander down a short path, to rest your feet on the sand.
