A brand new build with an industrial vibe still with the old remnants of the Original Woollen Mill that date back to 1910. Adults retreat upstairs with open Bathroom. All other living, kitchen, dining, laundry, 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs with easy access from the garage. Big Bi Fold doors open up to the Outside patio with bbq, table and chairs.

Ideally located on the way to the Great Ocean Road, Historic Central Cottage is minutes from Lake Pertobe. This fully renovated cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. The lounge area has a sofa, a DVD player and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom comes with a bathtub and a shower.

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

The laundry is incorporated in the garage. There is also wifi and Netflix provided.
