Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. The 1780 Suite

Join us for a step back in time at our unique bucolic property. Set on a scenic road, the post and beam farmhouse was built in 1780 and offers a haven of peace and tranquillity after a busy day of exploring New England. Guests have a private entrance and wind their way up the period staircase to the second-floor suite with two bedrooms, a sitting room, a breakfast nook, and a bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the Adirondack chairs as you contemplate the charms of country living.

Tiny House at The Lilacs

Tiny house on historic property with gorgeous gardens. Enjoy the birds, flowers and morning coffee on the front porch of The Little House. The backyard has a charcoal grill, fire pit and table with umbrella. The pull out couch and LOFT bed are doubles. The LOFT is accessed by the ladder shown in the photos. The small kitchen has a unique four burner gas stove/oven and small refrigerator with separate freezer. Walking trails, beaches, restaurants, boating all nearby in EG and nearby.

Artist studio in the woods

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Be a little bohemian, stay in an artist’s studio for two adults, views of woods and stone walls.walk along a 300 stone wall past a 5000 gallon koi pond, and discover a stone sculpture in the woods. Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. Pool has surcharge $20 if weather is good during your stay.

Sunny studio on the East Side!

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS OR VISITORS MUST BE ON THE LISTING OR REQUESTED PRIOR TO STAY 🙂

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches.

Quick walk down the street to the East Bay Bike Path and several Bristol bay access areas. 30 minute drive to Newport or Providence. Approximately a 1.5 mile drive/walk to downtown Bristol.
