The Cottage

A rustic cottage in the middle of Darthia Farm. The farm sits along the shore of West Bay and a short walking trail brings you from the cottage to the salt water. We grow organic mixed vegetables, herbs and flowers, raise sheep, ducks, chickens, pigs, and work with Haflinger horses. We have a farm store that is open everyday except Tuesdays and Sundays. The property is 15 minutes away from the Schoodic Section of Acadia and is surronded is by countless hiking trails and access to fresh water.

Located on 5.2 acres with large wrap-around porch, there's plenty of privacy for family get-aways and outdoor dining. Remodeled kitchen with all new appliances and entire home freshly painted and upgraded. Drink coffee on the large wrap-around porch while watching lobster boats. Visit National Acadia Park, Bar Harbor, Winter Harbor & many towns in between.

Hike some of Maine's best trails (minutes away) or drive to Acadia, Campobello, Eastport, the Schoodic Peninsula and much more. Visit tourist-free coastal towns or go antiquing. Buy fresh lobster, grill on the deck, or dine in-town at renowned Helen's restaurant.

Welcome to serene Robbinston, Maine. This magical place is one of the last wild places on the east coast where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Maine wilderness. From the back deck you can enjoy watching whales in the bay, seals on the beach, and eagles soaring the sky. Additional wildlife include moose, deer, bear, lynx, and fox. Enjoy a campfire in the backyard or on the beach and lose yourself in the details of the Milky Way spreading out above you or the occasional Aurora Borealis.

Hike the preserve. Stare at the ever-changing ocean. Lobster boats come right up close to our pink granite, deep water frontage. No mudflats here. Floor -to -ceiling glass in the cozy cottage gives the illusion of being on a boat. Easy access to the island by bridge. Come breathe!

Relax and enjoy the quiet comfort that Seascape has to offer. Seascape is a 5 minute drive from the heart of a small fishing village where quaint shops, restaurants and pubs offering the local catch of the day. Seascape sets on the very edge of South Lubec Sand Bar, one of the largest Ocean Bird Sanctuaries in Maine. Seascape is all about high quality and comfort with only the guests comfort in mind. Kids will love catching crabs and skipping rocks. The serene atmosphere is unmatched and the stars at night are worth the trip. It’s an adventure in relaxation. Take time to slow down and escape the hustle and bustle. No traffic noise, just wind, waves, birds, and serenity.

THE CAPTAIN'S CABIN The Captain's Cabin a is totally new, one bedroom construction, that sits on the edge, literally, of the St. Croix River located at 27 Lamb Cove Lane in Robbinston, Maine and overlooks historic St. Croix Island and neighboring New Brunswick, Canada. This is a very private two person cabin located 2/10 of a mile(.32km) from U.S. Rte. 1. NOTE: There is a cot with bedding supplied for the third person. NO PETS allowed.
