A great location on a peaceful lake. Located on a private peninsula, this lovely home includes a 12x12 floating dock, a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, and stand-up paddle board for use. Fishing poles are also available for use in this great fishing spot! There is a hammock, a Weber grill, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax around the gas and/or wood fire pit (firewood available) on the large stone patio. Inside includes an open floorplan, a stone fireplace, and a sunroom overlooking the lake.

Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

You will find two full renovated bathrooms, renovated kitchen, new leather couches new beds and mattresses, WiFi and peace and quiet in a bucolic rural setting yet just 10 minutes to Saratoga Race Track and equal distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. Both bedrooms upstairs. $75 per pet fee.

Please note: there is a large TV on the lower level across from the pool table.
