East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Enjoy this cute and newly renovated one bedroom apartment that is within walking distance to the Fair Haven town center. Step outside listen to the church bells ring. Comfortable queen size bed with mattress topper, new memory foam sofa bed in the living room with an electric fireplace, retro arcade game console, smart television, DVD player, fully applianced kitchen, and a bathroom with a stand up shower. Plenty of off street parking. Large back yard with fire ring.

Fair Haven Loft in The Lloyd Jacobs House

This is one of the nicest units I rent. The space is in an historic renovated building in downtown Fair Haven, VT. The space was originally used to manufacture shirts. I have divided the 1600 square feet into a two bedroom loft. It has very high ceiling and windows. It is very spacious and has been completed updated. The loft has it's own kitchen (not shared) and it's own lock and key. Since it is on the third floor of the building, it is very quiet and secure.
