North Capitol Hill Luxury Townhome in Perfect Location

Vibrant colors and geometric patterns elevate this chic home to create a stylish and inviting ambiance. The unit comes with a complimentary parking pass for on-street parking. It is a private space with its own entrance on the basement level. A full-view glass entry door allows ample natural light. The entrance to the unit is on the L St side of the house, lower level. No key is needed. An access code will be given to guests prior to check in. I live in the upper two floors of this three-level townhome. The Airbnb unit is on the lower level. Consequently, I am nearby and able to address questions and requests quickly. The home is in a fantastic location that makes it easy to walk to iconic locations like Capitol Hill and the lively Union Market. The Union Station Metro is also nearby making it easy to explore the entire city at a moments notice. A parking pass is available with the unit; please request it in advance and remember to return it. Additionally, non-permit parking is available near the unit in two-hour intervals M-F between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. It is available with no hourly restrictions M-F 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on weekends. An outdoor security camera is located near the entrance to the unit and captures outdoor activity only.

2 - 1/2 blocks to the Convention Center/Metro. Relax in a peaceful English basement apartment, lovely private garden, fully stocked kitchen, breakfast fixings, luxury linens, and personal care amenities. Walk to Capital One Arena, Chinatown, Portrait Gallery, Safeway and restaurants galore. Bonus for 3+ nights: 2 tickets to the O Museum in the Mansion (host is member of the Board). Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Due to unfortunate recent misses with guests, I will consider requests only from people with at least three reviews and a rating of 4 stars or higher. This is an open plan, modern end unit is across the street from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park. It's on two bus lines and walkable to Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and cable and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
