Come and stay awhile! Unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay in our 1790’s farmhouse with many original features, situated on 120 mostly-wooded acres in southern Maine. Our farm features a commercial maple syrup operation, 200 high bush blueberry plants, a vegetable garden, pumpkin and berry patches, a variety of fruit trees, honeybee hives, miles of old logging roads for walks, skiing/snowshoeing, meandering brook, patio and outdoor fireplace, free-range chickens, and two large rescue farm dogs.

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Looking for a quiet peaceful getaway? Our Maine post and beam home is set on 7 acres of lake front. Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Centrally located to many of Maine's finest breweries: Sebago Brewing, Mast Landing, Funky Bow, Nonsuch, Sea Dog, Barrel Souls, Bissell Brothers. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway
