Geweldig luxe gezinshuis aan de rand van het Ijsselmeer en onder de rook van Amsterdam. Met een eigen steiger, kano en hottub. In Uitdam is het elke dag vakantie. Kanoën, zwemmen, varen, surfen of suppen vanaf je eigen steiger in het pittoreske Waterland. Het huis is in 2021 volledig gerenoveerd. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je een prachtig vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huis staat direct aan de dijk zonder weg of fietspad tussen jou en het meer. Eigen vervoer is sterk aan te raden.

Dit ruime woonhuis aan het water bevindt zich 10 kilometer ten noorden van Amsterdam. In het prachtige dorp Broek in Waterland met vele wandel en fietsmogelijkheden. Dit ruime huis is stijlvol ingericht en ideaal met jonge kinderen. 2 ruime slaapkamers met 2 persoonsbedden 1 kinderkamer 1 kinderkamer met ledikant. Geniet van de prachtige omgeving op een steenworp afstand van Amsterdam. Met openbaar vervoer gemakkelijk te bereiken en met de auto in 20 minuten in het centrum!

De Praktijk

Een heerlijk luxe accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien, in het prachtige landelijke dorp Broek in Waterland. Op 20 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centrum. Het is vijf minuten lopen naar de bus die rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam Centraal Station rijdt. Het is geheel privé met rondom terras en een mooie tuin voorzien van drie plekken om te zitten. Rondom omheind en afsluitbaar met een mooie poort. Het huis is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

A bus taking you directly to Amsterdam metrostation Noord is situated at a 7 min walking distance. Or rent bikes and enjoy a beautiful bike ride into town. The apartment has a queen sized bed. A baby bed can also be provided.

From our studio you can explore Amsterdam and all the beautiful surroundings, like the historic centre and marina of Monnickendam, Cheese Market of Edam, Volendam and Marken.
