Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Speel een potje badminton, gooi een dart pijl en eet lekker in de tuin zonder pottekijkers. Wandel achter het bos in op zoek naar de vossen, herten, sperwers, ganzen en meer..... Ontdek de prachtige omgeving. En wil je drukte, pak dan de bus naar Almere stad of de trein naar hartje Amsterdam. Bij langer verblijf eventueel korting bespreekbaar.
