Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

The central location offers easy access to explore the scenic beauty of the Finger Lakes. Spend your day relaxing by the lake, visiting nearby wineries and breweries, shopping, dining, or hiking. In the evening, return to unwind and watch a stunning sunset lakeside.

With amazing views of Seneca Lake, the Cottage at Glenora is going to be your new favorite home away from home. Once a child's playhouse, the large cottage sits on 5 acres and overlooks the Glenora cliffs, the cottage is ready to welcome you for years to come. Historic but updated with the creature comforts you desire. The entire estate is a restoration in progress. We will always notify guests if any work on the main house, well in advance.

Should you choose to pry yourself away from our cozy cabin and explore what the area has to offer, we are conveniently located fifteen minutes from the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and Watkins Glen State Park. Whether, it is the wine trails or the great outdoors that interests you, we may just become your new favorite escape! * We are pet friendly!

Modern Cottage Getaway

Beautiful modern cottage getaway located on 12 groomed acres surrounded by woods. It is located only 10 minutes from downtown Ithaca, NY, 10 minutes to Cornell University, 10 minutes to Ithaca College, 15 minutes to Cayuga Lake and 30 minutes to the wine trails. There is a ton of hiking surrounding this property just minutes away, you can rent kayaks downtown to access Cayuga Lake and much more!!

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
