Relax after an exciting day at Windrock, (12 minutes to The General Store) or Brushy Mountain (18 minutes) both minutes away from this completely updated custom house. Enjoy some time in the hot tub located behind a privacy fence or sit on the deck and enjoy grilling out with family and friends. There is trailer parking and additional spaces for cars. No direct trail access, does have a UTV route to check in without trailering.

The Hive - Yurt Stay on micro farm

Welcome to The Hive! This is the second unit on our hobby farm and a nature lovers paradise :) Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife both day and night. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.

Welcome to Black Bear Cottage, a cozy lakefront cabin at Shelter Cove Marina on Watts Bar Lake: made for slow mornings, easy lake days, and relaxed nights by the water. Enjoy the beach and campground amenities, and bring your boat, an uncovered slip is included (when available). Take the kayak out for a peaceful paddle around the cove, then come back and unwind with Netflix/Disney+ plus arcade & board games. Perfect for couples, families, or a small group.

Elevated eco cabin overlooking a beautiful stream.

An elevated camping cabin that sits on a cliff edge with commanding views of beautiful Byrd Creek. The platform is approximately 450 square feet with power, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It does not have a kitchen or bathroom. There is a large common area with a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen less than a minute walk away. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.
