Located in the Historic District of Weatherford, this iconic home dates from the early 1900's. Updated with the latest Smart Home features, it still holds to its original character. Within an easy walk to Chandor Gardens and Historic Downtown. The home was created from local sandstone, petrified wood, and ammonite fossils and sits on a third of an acre. You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.
