This is a cozy SECOND FLOOR STUDIO APARTMENT suitable for one person or one couple. The unit features a full kitchenette, king bed, full private bathroom with walk in shower, TV, and Wi-Fi access. Located near the downtown area with close access to many of the Scenic City's local amenities such as the Historic Metropolitan Theatre, Iowa Falls Boat Club (Scenic City Empress) and the Swinging Bridge. Also within short walking distance to the main street shopping district and dining venues.

Coin op laundry, elevator, onsite management 8-5, M-F, video surveillance throughout common areas and a semi secured building are just some of the things that make this building special. Sleeps 2, 1 bed (full). The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Our place is a cozy hideaway on the second floor of a historic building in downtown Story City. It is a sweet little town to relax in that is an easy 15-minute drive to Ames and all its amenities. The studio apartment has just been renovated into a Scandinavian-themed sanctuary. The living room has a fold-out couch that sleeps two, a smart TV, and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a very comfy queen-sized bed and the 3/4 bath has all you need to get away in comfort. Free parking is right outside.
