Welkom in ons "Tiny House" Buitenpost in Abcoude. Het gezellige huisje ligt in een uniek Hollands landschap, dichtbij Amsterdam. Natuurgenieters kunnen bij ons hun hart ophalen. Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

Het gezellige huis heeft een knusse woon/eetkamer met open haard. Alles met kwaliteit. Beeld en geluid in de vorm van televisie en Sonos. Een goed toegeruste keuken, inclusief oven, vaatwasser en magnetron. Boven twee slaapkamers en badkamer met ligbad, douche en tweede toilet. Voorzien van fijne handdoeken en rituals bad-, douchebenodigdheden. Wasmachine en droger in separate ruimte, beschikbaar voor gebruik. Achter het huis een zonnige, ruime tuin. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor gebruik.

Idyllic summerhouse near Amsterdam

In the summerhouse of our farm, which was built in 1865, and situated just 200m from the city border of Amsterdam you will find our holiday home. The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms each with individual bath room, there is a living and a large kitchen. The folding doors brings you to the big private garden which gives you a panoramic view to the surrounding pastures with grazing sheep and cows. On the first floor you will find one open space for relaxing, dining and a fire place.

In een landelijke omgeving, op een unieke plek in de Randstad, staat vakantiehuisje Casa Petite. Van oorsprong een oude schuur, maar vernieuwd, verduurzaamd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het staat vrij, heeft een eigen terras met tuin en privé parkeerplaats. Dichtbij is veel cultuur, natuur, strand en Amsterdam. Voor 12,50 EUR p.p.p.d. maken wij een lekker ontbijt voor je. Een gezellig huis aan het water, dicht bij Amsterdam. Met gratis parkeren voor de deur. Wandelbossen aan de overkant van de straat, Loosdrechtse plassen met bootverhuur en strandjes heel dichtbij. Binnen een half uurtje ben je in hartje Amsterdam of Utrecht. Uniek is de lichte woonkeuken met rondom grote ramen en openslaande deuren naar het terras. Vrij uitzicht op zwanen, eenden, meerkoetjes. En ‘s avonds plof je neer bij de open haard.

Bohemian Farmhouse. Unique and full of character

Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
