This charming cottage area provides a perfect setting for your memorable vacation. The National Seashore beaches, the Audubon, and cape cod rail trail (bike path) are easily accessible. Other activities such as restaurants, mini golf, bike rentals are nearby. The property is newly renovated, with new kitchen, bath and flooring.

Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

One floor condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, small families. One full bath with shower and one half bath, plus an outdoor shower. Master BR has Queen bed. Second BR has a queen bed with a twin pull out. We have tiny ants in the kitchen. We set ant traps and a mint plant by the sink.

The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!
