Enjoy a Wellfleet getaway in this sweet cottage surrounded by 1.5 acres of gardens and trees. The home is centrally located on Rt 6 and less than 1 mile into the center of town. From the long driveway, you can access the old dirt Rail Trail and reach Dyer Pond and Duck Pond in less than a mile. The backyard is filled with gardens and trees providing shade over a cedar playset and Adirondack chairs. The deck has a picnic table and Weber grill. Linens included. Pets/smoking are not allowed.

Located on a quite street at the end of a cul-de-sac. A charming 3BD/2.5BA cottage that has been recently refreshed. Plenty of living space and fully equipped kitchen. Large private yard with patio, new grill and outdoor shower. 5 minute drive to Nauset Light Beach and Campground Beach. Plenty of restaurants and activities located nearby. **Rental includes entire home as described. There is a separate lock-off above garage that is occasionally occupied. Plenty of separation and privacy.**

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. This comfortable four-bedroom Gambrel on Wellfleet's ocean side is a wonderful spot for a Cape Cod getaway! Only about a mile bike ride to Duck Pond--one of Wellfleet's beloved freshwater ponds. Head to Wellfleet's fantastic ocean beaches: LeCounts Hollow, White Crest, Cahoon Hollow & Newcomb Hollow without accessing Route 6!
