Get way from IT! Please enjoy my home while I'm off on a tour of duty as an outback midwife. I'm not joking about getting away from it (aka technology) - there is no wifi or TV! Don't worry there is strong cellphone coverage if you need to turn your phone on. My 100 year old villa does have all of the other mod cons and is situated 2 minutes walk from the train station and five minutes from the cafes, restaurants and pubs. And my back gate opens onto Howard Booth Park - for exercise & play.

This lovely older home is only 12 - 15mins drive to Wellington CBD, and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Pop down to the local coffee shop, spend time exploring native bush-walks and mountain bike tracks, unwind in our outdoor bath or just spend time in the house and garden enjoying our lovely semi private outlook. A perfect getaway!

Or take a day trip to Wairarapa's iconic beaches- Castlepoint and Riversdale, both are only a 45min drive away.

If you prefer to cook inside, a fully equipped kitchen is provided There is a self contained studio off the rear of the driveway. The studio has no access the cottage or its private deck and garden.
