This newly built two bedroom bungalow is located minutes from the beach, shops and town, were also a short drive from some of the worlds best wineries and some pretty amazing coastline. The home caters for all your little creature comforts and you will feel like it's a home away from home! Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Double bed Shared outdoor area and parking. Busselton Launch Pad

Following the success of our Garden Studio accommodation, we offer part of our main house to be a self contained guest suite for up to 3 guests Separate Queen bedroom, bathroom, laundry and kitchen/living area which opens onto private outdoor courtyard. 1 additional bed is in the kitchen/living area .A portacot or toddler bed are options also The perfect base for participants in local events, and tourists of the Busselton and Margaret River regions. Lola by the bay is a stylish and relaxing guest suite, designed to host two people in comfort and peace. Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

Small Farm Stay next to Margaret River wine Region

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available)
