Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. This cottage is private, even though it is next to our residence. It has a 6' privacy fence. Once inside the gate,you are met with beautiful landscaping and a view of Lake Isabella and the surrounding mountains that are well worth the drive.The cottage is set for 1-2 adults.

A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

We implement multi species grazing and have an array of animals that free range the property during the day including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, peacocks, pigs & alpacas. You have the choice to tour the farm or you can choose to have complete seclusion and privacy. The main ranch house is 1/2 mile away.

The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.
