The pods are insulated and double glazed. The campsite is complete with outdoor kitchen, wood-fired river fed hot tub and a fire pit for up to two guests.

The Cabin is only a short walk away to a secluded beach where mussels can be gathered, or you may be lucky and find a piece of greenstone. Soak in the outdoor hot tub, especially if you have done the Paparoa Track (pick up/drop off can be arranged at a competitive price, please enquire.) Ruru Nest Property is next to a river and farmland, just a few minutes outside of the village of Karamea with its cafes and pubs. Local food, nature connection walks available as extras to complete your stay.
