Kiwiana Kampover

Welcome to Kiwiana Kampover you will be staying in a 1975 refurbished caravan with a detached private bathroom and private deck. We are situated 6 km from Westport township on a lifestyle block nestled between the mountains and the sea. We have a private hot tub adjacent to the caravan which is available for guests staying 2 or more nights. It is oil fired so takes some time to heat and would also depend on my husband being at home to organize it. Ask about the bush walk also on the property.

Unique KORU Van - with Breakfast & Hot Tub

Try out a unique Kiwi experience in our self contained comfortable refurbished KORU caravan. Facilties include gas cooker, fridge and shower, plus interior and exterior cassette toilets. Enjoy mountain & sea views and we are only a short walk to the beach. Gather mussels and if you are lucky you may find a piece of greenstone. Relax in our hot tub, after you have walked the Paparoa Trail. We can also offer pick up/drop off for a competitive price, A continental breakfast included.

With a comfy double bed, power, heater, hob, Wi-Fi, towels, and tea & coffee provided, you’ll have everything you need for a restful escape. This charming, cosy haven is perfect for solo travellers or couples looking to unwind in nature. Shared bathrooms and the main outdoor kitchen are just 30 metres away. Two-night minimum applies during summer months.

On a quiet small lifestile block the recently restored caravan is facing northeast with a view to mountains and sea. Collingwood and the beach is only 1 min away. Wharariki Beach and Farewell Spit about15 min. A small fully equiped kitchen, a seperate bedroom and spacious seating area awaits you inside. Your private Bathroom and Toilet is about 20m away in the main house. You can enjoy the peaceful setting in a way like camping used to be 40 years ago.

Take a break in this beautifully converted Bedford Bus with stunning views up the Lyell range and Matiri valley. Sits on the edge of the Kawatiri/Buller river right on the edge of town. Look down across the river from the comfort of your bed and go to sleep to the sounds of the water flowing just metres away. Relax beneath the stars in beanbags by the outside fire pit or prop up the bar. Plenty of entertainment for a chilled getaway.
