You'll have the entire place to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor and half bath on 1st floor. Full working kitchen and large dining room table. Full access to the indoor and outdoor pools, weight room, playground and tennis/ basketball courts. Enjoy sitting on one of the two back decks, grill out and chill.

VERY convenient area Wifi & A/C Washer & Dryer TV, cable & Netflix We follow all cleaning protocol as specified by AirBnB. Our efficiency is for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. Guest home has Assateague bay view (no private access to the Bay) and a private entrance to the guest home. Seasonal, summer rental (or year round maybe considered). Preferably adults and kids ages 10 and above due to steep stairs. No breakfast included. After cleaning, We use Lysol to sanitize the air. Please let us know if you don’t like it and we will not use before your checkin.
