All guests are provided with an electronic WELCOME BOOK prior to arrival which includes everything we think they will need to know about the condo and the surrounding area.

Lots of fun boat watching and fishing off the back pier. This home is over 50 years old and takes a beating from the water so if you want a modern perfect rental this is not the home for you. If your group wants a unique experience that they will talk about the rest of their lives then you should definitely book this home.
