The Oil Patch is a private guest house is tucked behind the main residence and offers a peaceful retreat with its own separate entrance through the alley. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, you'll enjoy a quiet and comfortable space with all the essentials. This includes a small kitchen, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a small sitting area. Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, you’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Microwave, small frig, coffee pot. NO STOVE, NO WASHER, NO DRYER Private entrance, on site parking. The studio is the back area to a house. The bedroom has no connecting walls. The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.
