This duplex unit consists of a queen size bed and on-suite bathroom on the 1st floor, with a full kitchen downstairs. It has a beautiful private garden with a patio, breakfast-table, and braai facility. All covered with high-speed uncapped fibre wi-fi. The kitchen has all the basic appliances and cutlery for self-catering as well as a dining table. The bedroom is airconditioned with a TV-cast facility. DSTV can be casted on request. The bathroom has a shower with all the basic toiletries.

Davidon Place is located on the owners property in Fairland Johannesburg situated near the N1 highway which makes it very accessible to the entire Johannesburg , West Rand and Pretoria area. The flat/cottage has a separate entrance and comprises 1 bedroom . The bedroom has an on suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The adjacent lounge is furnished with a sleeper couch for a third person. The kitchenette has all the appliances required for self catering. The property has a solar system.
