We are 1 mile to lakes and summer camps and 2 miles from Killington’s Skyeship Gondola. It is 15 minutes from Killington’s main base area and 20 minutes to Okemo. This place is a dream. Please enjoy the outdoors and everything this amazing place has to offer. The pool will be reopened around May 2025 (weather dependent. It is a heated pool and salt water. Pool rules: absolutely no diving. No children under the age of 18 should be near or in the pool area without supervision under any circumstances. NO glassware by the pool. If there is an incident with glass near the pool area please tell our property manager immediately. If you need anything ask!

Greystone 1830

"Greystone" is a charming stacked granite home built in the 1830's as a tavern and one of 4 original structures that made up Hammondsville VT. Greystone is just miles from Woodstock, and down the road from the Green Mountain Horse Association (GMHA). It's a short drive to Killington or Okemo and many other Vermont destinations. Greystone is just off VT Rt 106 on a large lot with a circular driveway and plenty of room for parking. The home is fully renovated and modernized.

Yurt In The Woods - Private Refuge

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter which offers 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for all Weekends. I require at least a two night stay for the whole month of October. There is a "one" night stay fee of $40 Allowed 2 dogs with the agreement to my animal policy & $50 fee WiFi 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network Outdoor Gas Grill , Outdoor Fire Circle, and Outdoor Shower available May - October

Shattuck Hill Cottage

Cozy two bedroon one bath cottage on 12 acres perfect for a visit to the Woodstock area. The cottage is 6 miles from the Green Mountain Horse Association. Our property connects to miles of riding and hiking trails. We have fenced pasture for your horse, a run in shed and are directly on the dirt roads and trails. You can ride, ski, snowshow, bike, hike or antique from our cottage. Come enjoy all Vermont has to offer. This is a non smoking property.
