Welcome to your garden oasis. Your home away from home. This elegantly styled garden level apartment in South Portland's crown jewel neighborhood, Sylvan Sites, is spacious, calm, and inviting. Have a sit in your private sauna, and take in the abundant birdsong of the neighborhood from your private back patio while you sip your morning coffee. Just down the road (5 minutes) to downtown Portland, Willard Beach, or Knightville, and 10-15 minutes to Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth beaches.

It features a dining room with seating for 10+, living room with 58" TV, 3rd floor bonus living room, a sunny deck with grill and patio seating, ample yard space for games, and more. Our house is conveniently located minutes off I-95 and close to downtown restaurants and breweries, while only 10 minutes to Portland and 20 minutes to Sebago.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Lovely third-floor apartment on the East End just steps from the glorious Eastern Promenade. Cozy and cute, this adorable spot resides in the neighborhood which boasts the best restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops in the city all within walking distance. On a quiet residential street, there is plenty of on-street parking. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of the house . **Please note that the last 9 steps leading up to the apartment are quite steep.

Sit in front of the gas fireplace or on your own private deck overlooking the 105 acres of Black Brook Preserve. Take a hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski right outside your door. We now have new sofa, bed, refrigerator, stove, as well as shower and bathroom flooring.
