The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Little Hop House is a small home nestled amongst the green, rolling hills of the Preston River Valley in beautiful, southwest Western Australia. Situated on a working farm, only five minutes out of the nearby town of Donnybrook, but a world away from city life. Whether you want to snuggle up by the fire, explore the trails, enjoy some local produce, wines or craft beer, or perhaps visit some of the cute farm residents, Little Hop House is ready to offer you a little escape. @littlehophouse

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
