This is the perfect location to truly experience Tulsa! You will be close events at the Tulsa State Fair, TU, Arts District, Brady Theatre, Cains Ballroom, the BOK center, Cox Event Center, OneOK Field. After exploring come back & relax at the Primrose Bungalow that instantly feels like home when you walk through the front door. The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge in the king size bed master. The bike trails, golf, and lakes all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

Unwind and refresh in this calm, stylish space. Upscale, minimalist design complete with a pristine chefs kitchen. High end (Cozy Earth) linens throughout, truly a boutique hotel experience with tranquil outdoors spaces! Idyllic mid-town location, nestled into charming Florence Park with mature trees and sidewalks. Easy access to Cherry Street (2 mins), Utica Square (3 mins), Tulsa Fairground and Expo Center (4 mins), Downtown/Art's District (6 mins), and Riverside/Gathering Place (8 mins).

The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

The GreyWood - a 2 bedroom bungalow on the Back40

Renovated in 2022, this home is in a quiet street in North Bella Vista! The home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, expansive deck with grill included, open living area, and laundry room. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with their own TV. The quiet, back deck has outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet and a large picnic table. The carport has the best feature - a lockable, 5 bike storage to keep all your gear safe. Of course, the house is located on the Back40 with a path to the Back40!
