Montesea Luxury Nature Villas are set on a private hill in Mytikas, less than 1 km from the main road of Vasilikos, offering privacy, tranquility and open views. The location is ideal for guests who wish to relax in nature while remaining close to everything. The beaches of Vasilikos are 4–minutes away, while supermarkets, shops, tavernas, beach bars, cafés, pharmacy and health centre are reachable within a 10-minute walk or a short 3-minute drive, ensuring comfort and ease throughout your stay.

Wooden-Home Experience

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Galithea Villa, Heated Pool & Marathonisi SeaViews

Suspended above the luminous waters of southern Zakynthos, Galithea Villa unfolds as an Ionian sanctuary where panoramic sea views meet the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Welcoming up to five guests, the residence features two en-suite bedrooms alongside an additional guest accommodated in the living room sofa. Entirely arranged on a single ground-floor level, the Villa connects its interiors with expansive outdoor terraces and an infinity pool that appears to merge with the sea beyond.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Κοντά υπάρχει: Πιτσαρία, ψησταριές (le coq), ταβέρνες, φαρμακεία, σούπερ μάρκετ ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 23:00 το βράδυ, και τις Κυριακές, τουριστικό ωράριο, καταστήματα εκκλησία, πλαζ, κ.λ.π..

Grandma’s stone-house

Καλώς ήρθατε στη γραφική Αμφιλοχια..! Μια παραδοσιακή πέτρινη μονοκατοικία του 1897, με θαλασσινές πινελιές, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη, που θα σας υποδεχτεί για να σας χαρίσει στιγμές ηρεμίας και απόλαυσης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αμφιλοχίας, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την αγορά, τα όμορφα καφενεία και τη θάλασσα. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός διαθέσιμος χώρος να παρκάρετε ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Η Λευκαδα και το αεροδρόμιο στο Άκτιο απέχουν περίπου 35 λεπτά.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
