Just 5 miles from Downtown and 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate. Uber and Lyft frequently used by guests and the cottage is easy to find. Lucky W Cottage has an inviting and homey feel. Take a swim in the pool and a walk around the farm or sit by the fire and gaze at the mountains.

Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
