Childwall Cottage

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

The Apple Shed

The Apple Shed is on the grounds of a family home and has its own garden. It's in the same yard as The Hay Shed,has its own private garden but wifi is weaker than the Apple Shed Couples/friends, Bed can be split, request on booking. Ladys Island 2 minute drive Swimmers, surfers, walkers , bicycles available Wexford 20 minute drive Johnstown Castle, Heritage park, Hook lighthouse, Rosslare Strand, Kilmore Quay, Dunbrody famine ship, JFK Park Rosslare Ferry 8 min. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Own entrance hall with carpeted stairs bringing you to open plan living area consisting of sitting room and kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms to either end of living area and bathroom centrally located. Bathroom consists of power shower, toilet and washhand basin. The master bedroom and living room also has a 32inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen includes typical kitchen appliances. Washing machine and dryer available in shed at side of house.

Set on the grounds of a 200 acre working farm, Parklodge Mews dates back to 1760. Its careful renovation incorporates the farm’s original hen house, making this a quaint and quirky getaway. This cosy cottage, located off the beaten track, includes a living area with its own wood burning stove, a kitchen and a double en-suite bedroom upstairs, with scenic views and comfortable sleeping accommodation. This is a self- catering holiday property; guests will have the property to themselves.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.
