Foley's Cottage - Restored 18th century Farmhouse.

Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

This newly renovated cottage has maintained the handcrafted oak trusses originally sourced from Coolattin estate, making this an impressive and welcoming space. Croi na Darach is a private, cozy, bright timber cabin. It is set in a large wild garden next to the river Slaney, about 5 km from Wexford town. It is a perfect spot to unwind, relax and connect with nature. If you ever wanted to finish that chapter, paint that picture or just take some time for yourself this is the perfect place for you.
