Plenty of beautiful walks nearby. Lake Rotoma is one of New Zealands cleanest and warmest Lakes. 30 minutes to Rotorua airport. One hour to Papamoa beach and 40 minutes to Whakatane. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a sleep out.
