Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. A King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, frypan, coffee machine, tea, and milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). Note: We have bees in close proximity :)

You will have the entire bottom level of this home, your own luxury suite with doors opening onto a patio. Second bedroom also available. Your own lounge to watch the sunset across the lake. A kitchenette/laundry is also available for your use. A five minute walk away to Cafe, Restaurant, Fish & Chips and Boat Ramp. Not Suitable for children under the age of 10.
