Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.

This property is the ideal base for your Taupo and Central Plateau adventures. Use it as a base for skiing or snowboarding at Whakapapa or Tukino Skifields. Go tramping on the Tongariro Crossing, or Trout Fishing on the Tongariro River. Go white water rafting or just enjoy one of the many walks in the area. Bring your own boat (off street Parking), kayak or hire a boat and enjoy the lake. Just 10 minutes drive to Turangi.
