Stay entertained with the gym, heated pool, spa pool, and sauna. There is parking for up to 6 cars. Walk or bike to RSA or Saturday farmers market with 4 included bikes. King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

The Abode

The Abode, a short walk to everywhere, is a cosy well appointed apartment, ideally situated in the heart of Mt Maunganui between the main surf beach & harbour. Enjoy views of the swimming pool and a glimpse through trees of the ocean from balcony. There is a sauna and gym. A private right of way to the ocean is a bonus .The Abode is an all-season getaway. Everywhere is a short walk; surf beach, harbour, Mt Mauao walking tracks, cafés, restaurants & boutique shopping on Mount MainStreet.

Private new home nestled amongst native trees in beautiful Acacia Bay, just 10 minutes to town. 5 minute walk to the lake. Located in a gated community with swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis courts, plus our own private spa on the deck. This home is perfect for families or just a nice weekend break away from your life of hustle n bustle. Although we state 6 people, there is a fold out couch which children aged about 8 and under could use. You’re very welcome to bring air beds.

Beautiful cottage on a private fenced section. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other has a single bed. There is an infrared sauna room. The cottage suits a couple and a third person. Off street parking at the back of the house, plenty of room to park a boat. No gate over driveway. Small front lawn with a lavender garden and view of the lake from the front deck. Large living room with french doors to deck. A beautiful space with a healing energy, perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Little Sequoia is a seperate dwelling on its own, set amongst beautiful gardens and trees. Escape in the peaceful surroundings while enjoying the use of the Sauna & Spa haven. Talk a walk around the beautiful gardens & look out for the native birds amongst the trees. Short 10 minute drive to Taupo township, award winning restaurants & bars on the Lake side.
