Valley Cabins, White Pine Bush Cabins

We are contactless accommodation-Self check in and check out. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by a stunning valley, looking out across rolling paddocks and your own quiet peaceful cabins. Only 13 minutes drive to Whakatane, and 9 minutes to awakeri. One cabin has a Queen bed, heat pump and modern bathroom. The other has a full Kitchen, dining and living space, joined together by a large deck that catches the afternoon sun across the valley. Your only neighbors may be a few of sheep or odd cow.

Rural Lake front retreat , breakfast included .

A peaceful self contained getaway between Taupo & Rotorua. Complimentary continental breakfast included. Located on Lake Rerewhakaaitu ,with lake access Great for walking, cycling, trout fishing, kayaking. Natural hot pools, Rainbow Mountain walking trail, & many more tourist attractions close by. 2 kayaks & 2 mountain bikes available for rent. Bring your own horse to stay in a covered yard for $35 per horse per night. This includes the use of a 60 x 40-metre arena & lake & trail access.

Ohiwa Harbour Studio

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking a grassy reserve & native bush, this self contained studio features a brand new ensuite and kitchenette. Take in the beautiful view of Ohiwa Harbour and the native birdlife from the comfort of your bed or from the private deck. Make use of our kayaks and paddle board on the harbour, relax in the heated pool, or take an easy stroll over to Ohope beach for a swim. Kids, infants and pets are welcome for short stays, contact me to discuss options.

Walnut Farm homestay

Our place is self, contained ,separate from the main house. 2 bedrooms are upstairs access 2nd bedroom through first. Milk, tea coffee with facilities to cook meals . Bench oven cooktop, two element cooker, refrigerator , toaster , tv. One hour to Rotorua or Tauranga, less than 30 mins to Rotorua lakes or Whakatane for sea fishing. 15 mins drive to Kawerau.Room for your boat , wash down bay for boats or motorbikes. Pet friendly. Homestay is behind our house so drive around to park there.

Cosy pool house offering everything you need for a fantastic holiday in Whakatāne, close to Ohope Beach. This two bedroom property has a separate shower room and well equipped living area with futon. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric hob, electric frying pan, slow cooker, sandwich maker and more. The shared BBQ, outdoor area and lovely pool provide plenty of opportunities for fun-filled family time. Want to bring your furry friend? Make arrangements with the host when you book.

Oystercatcher Bach

Located at NZ's Best Beach A newly renovated Kiwi Bach, set one back from the road with its own path to the beach. An open, airy Bach with a large sunny deck and plenty of relaxing space, with Wifi and a Chromecast TV to enjoy Minutes away from Ōhiwa Harbour, Port Ohope General Store and Cafe, Ohope Wharf and Fishermens Wharf restaurant. Step out of the studio onto the beach access where you get to see the amazing views down the walkway. (Beach views are not from the studio). Relax and open the french doors to your private patio and grassed area, overlooking the whakatane ranges. Newly built self contained studio with a kitchenette and laundry facilities. Enjoy an outdoor hot and cold shower and a filleting bench for those beach and fishing days. Pet friendly with grass enclosed area.

The DogBox @ NZ’s favourite beach - Ohope Beach NZ

Our guesthouse is perfectly located at Ohope Beach between Ohiwa Harbour and the South Pacific Ocean - less that 1 minute walk to each. You can hear the ocean while lying in bed :) 'The DogBox' got its name when my dog Cooper (RIP) refused to come into our new house when we built it, preferring to sleep in the guesthouse.
