Enjoy this stylish guesthouse with a private entrance close to Olde Town Arvada! Spacious studio with king bed, futon sofa, kitchen with cooktop, smart TV, and full bathroom. Easy access to I-70 to get to downtown Denver and the mountains. A 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk to Olde Town Arvada with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping.
