Cozy cottage near the lake

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.

New listing! This newly renovated ground-level unit is spacious, and has everything you need. 11 min to Red Rocks, right off I-70 for a trip to the mountains, fun decor, and a home away from home! Keeping the unit sparkling clean is a priority. There are sensors that alert me if there is any smoke in the unit-so please only smoke outside. Welcome to town! Stay in the renovated private apartment in our beloved 1902 Denver Square. Many of Denver's top restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and our favorite​​​ coffee shop is right around the corner. This is the perfect place to explore Denver's best neighborhoods. We are central to everything, and only 15 minutes from Mile High Stadium and Union Station and 10 minutes from Cherry Creek, the Art Museum, and the Botanic Gardens.

Cozy Arvada Guesthouse

Enjoy this stylish guesthouse with a private entrance close to Olde Town Arvada! Spacious studio with king bed, futon sofa, kitchen with cooktop, smart TV, and full bathroom. Easy access to I-70 to get to downtown Denver and the mountains. A 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk to Olde Town Arvada with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The guesthouse is a separate building behind our main house. It is attached to our garage.
