Available April - October. Located in our meadow & close to woodland, our 2 off-grid (no electricity) Shepherd Huts sit side by side & share facilities. Deer's Leap and Hide & Sea huts each sleeps 2 provide a complete getaway & cozy retreat for camping with a difference. Campfire area with firepit, bbq & seating. Great experience for couples just wanting to escape & drop out for a while. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, peaceful surroundings & enjoy the great views over the moors & to the sea.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

Our pet friendly beach house has a seaside theme inside, with log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We have provided fibre broadband, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod for when the weather is not so great. It’s a short walk to the beach. Free EV charging for guests. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.

Sleights village is a gem of a village just on the outskirts of Whitby and at the foothills of the North York Moors. For those who enjoy a stroll, Whitby is an hours walk away. You will stay in a airy bright and beautifully converted self contained studio which has its own entrance and is part of a large Victorian Villa. A cosy romantic retreat set within Stonecroft Lane end farm, with stunning rural views across the valley and sea in the distance. Just on the outskirts of the Victorian Spa town of Saltburn you are ideally placed within approx. 2 min in the car with all its' amenities or a short drive to the North Yorkshire moors and coastline. The lodge is nestled overlooking Skelton estates and the Cleveland hills and is home to rare breed sheep and poultry. The property benefits from private parking.

One bedroomed holiday home on a dairy farm.

This self contained holiday cottage offers a chance to get closer to the workings of a family dairy farm. It is situated in the North York Moors National Park, midway between the moors and the coast and just a fifteen minute drive (or slightly longer bus ride) from Whitby. The accomodation is unusually spacious for a one bedroomed cottage, it is light, warm and very well insulated but don’t forget there is the potential for noise and smells from the farm!
