Short drive to Nevada City and Yuba River; 45 minutes to ski slopes in the Sierras. The custom 600 sq. ft. private studio with a gas fireplace is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs.
